HI, I’m Talia. After dedicating over 20 years to my corporate career, I realised it was time - perhaps overdue - to focus on my personal life. I had initially frozen eggs in London, UK, as a last resort plan, though they offered no guarantee. I later relocated overseas completing five IVF cycles. An IVF cycle can be a long and agonising roll of the dice, especially for women over 40.

I needed a plan, to learn fast, and to advocate hard.

Throwing myself into the world of fertility, I left no stone unturned. I learnt everything possible to improve my egg quality and my chances, becoming well-versed in both conventional and unconventional methods.

The decisions felt endless, with moments of hope and heartbreak.

Each setback sent me further into despair. Desperate to find a magic bullet, I’d purchase yet another fertility-boosting product, e-book or webinar.

I was overwhelmed with fear and anxiety. Would I ever conceive? The stress took a toll on my health, work, and relationships. If I wanted any chance of success, I needed to regain control. I set myself tasks and goals, managed the stress and got back on track.

I realised the fertility industry must do more to support women and less to wear them down with relentless marketing of products.

What I truly needed was a Coach -someone who had walked the same path. I needed a trusted hand to help cut through all the noise, support me through the highs and lows and to help increase my chance of success.

Today, I am grateful to be an IVF success story and the proud mother of my daughter, Eva. Alongside corporate leadership, I now coach others on their fertility journey. I am a certified Coach accredited by the Association of Coaching.

Together we set goals, take actionable steps to boost fertility, navigate tough decisions, overcome stress, build resilience, and foster a positive mindset.

My mission is to help women take control of their fertility journey and increase their chance of success.
